Put some injector cleaner in your tank when you fill up. Check your fuel and air filters also.
If those 2 things don't clear up the problem, then you'll definitely need to have it put on a scope machine at your service center.

The windshield wipers no longer work but i can hear the wiper motor working. Do I have to replace the whole motor or is there another way to fix this?

I got only one key with the car and thats for the ignition.
A: the trunk key you can change by going Thur the back seat and taking the bolts out of the trunk lock and you can get a new one as for the-door its a little harder -- or you can go to a lock-smith and they can cut a key for the door and that should fit the trunk 100 -- 150 $$ good luck

Q: I have a 2001 Kia Rio with engine trouble?
Is it better to take it to an actual Kia dealer or a national chain repair shop like Tuffy or Midas. I want the cheapest, but I don't want to get screwed over.
I think I just need to get a tune-up. It has 75,000 miles and I checked it with a scanner and it said "Cylinder 4 misfire." I think it just needs new plugs and wires. And for Cowboy Bill, I bought the car brand new for $9,000 with A/C and CD player. It has never had any problems until now. So actually, I did not get screwed already.

Cylinder #4 Misfire Detected
What does that mean?A P0304 code means that the the car's computer has detected that one of the engine's cylinders is not firing properly. In this case it's cylinder #4.
Symptoms may include:
the engine may be harder to start
the engine may stumble / stumble, and/or hesitate
other symptoms may also be present
CausesA code P0304 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Faulty spark plug or wire
Faulty coil (pack)
Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Running out of fuel
Poor compression
Defective computer
Possible SolutionsIf there are no symptoms, the simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back.
If there are symptoms such as the engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the catalytic converter has gone bad. If you smell rotten eggs in the exhaust, your cat converter needs to be replaced. I've also heard in other cases the problems were faulty fuel injectors.
